SSP worked with 3D/I Architects on the design development of the new Wellness, Recreation & Kinesiology Center located on University Boulevard on the UTB Campus.

This project includes an extensive site development including paseos, entrance courtyards, pool terraces, sports fields and gloriettas. SSP's scope of work includes both hardscape and softscape design and documentation.

This project was completed in April 2009.
