SSP worked together with Jaster Quintanilla Engineers on the design of UTB's largest parking lot on the south side of the campus along University Boulevard.

The project includes more than 1,500 parking spaces and approximately $300,000 in planting and irrigation. SSP was involved in planning, design development, construction documentation and construction management. Planting design included the use of predominantly native vegetation with accents of subtropicals.

This project was completed in November of 2005.
