SSP worked with Mata Villarreal Garcia Architects, Broaddus & Associates and STC staff and administration on the landscape master planning and design of the campus additions in Starr County.

SSP prepared an overall landscape master plan for current and future growth as well as detailed planting and irrigation design for several new facilities and new campus entrance and parking areas.

Landscape and irrigation construction was completed in February of 2005.
